China Glaze It's a Trap-eze!

Here I have It's a Trap-eze! by China Glaze. It's part of the Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away Collection. Mmmm. A glitter sammich in a bottle. Yes, a 'sammich' because it's a million times more fun to say than 'sandwich'. It's a white base with multicolored glitter. Occasionally, I feel like the base is slightly leaning a super light purple, but I think that may just be a trick from the colorful glitter. There is larger glitter and then there is really tiny glitter. The colors I see are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and a whitish silver. Surprisingly... no purple!! I think this is the most wanted polish in the whole collection and everyone is trying to get their hands on it. I completely understand why! It's amazing.

The application for this one is a little tricky, but it's manageable. It has A LOT of glitter in it so it may seem chunky, but with this kind of glitter that's kind of hard to avoid. All the photos here are two coats without top coat. It helps if you barely touch your nail when applying the first coat of this one. Just let the polish flow off the brush and then VERY lightly move it around...nudge it...poke at it... Then let the first coat dry completely and you can apply the second one like a normal polish because the glitter will catch on the other glitters and they will stay in place. You still may need to fill a few bare spots, but that's not a big deal.

If you hate being able to feel glitter on your nails you may need to apply a few coats of top coat. The glitters generally lay pretty flush with the nail, but are still noticeable.
