China Glaze Glitz 'N Pieces Swatches

I wasn't going to upload this post today, but I changed my mind and decided that it needs to be shared! This is Glitz 'N Pieces by China Glaze. It's part of the Glitz Bitz 'N Pieces Collection.

Glitz 'N Pieces is made of silver and black glitter suspended in a clear base. At first I thought it was white because I just looked at it real quick and then put it down because I was so excited about the rest of the collection, but once I actually looked at it, I was very happy that it was silver instead of white.

There are small, medium, and large silver hex glitters in this polish. Along with those silver hex glitters, there are also black small, medium, large, and extra large hex glitters as well as some black bar glitters.

What I have on my nails is one coat of Glitz 'N Pieces over China Glaze Def Defying. I also have a layer of Out The Door top coat to even out the glitter pieces. You can pretty much put this polish over any color and it will look alright since it's just silver and black glitter.

Great application for this polish! One coat and your nail is covered in shiny glitter goodness. I didn't need to move around the glitter at all because it stayed exactly where I put it. You can probably wear this on it's own with a few coats, but I would recommend layering it over another polish.

It's a bit thick due to the massive amount of glitter that they packed into one bottle, but it didn't affect the application. I'm almost positive that's why it was so easy to apply.

The glitter pieces lay flat to your nail so you will only need one coat of top coat (two if your using a thin top coat) to even out all of the glitter.

These pictures do make the silver pieces look white, but I promise they are silver! For some reason this color combo of glitter reminds me of salt and pepper.

This collection is scheduled for a February release, but if you're lucky you may be able to find it early like I did. You can definitely find it online already!
