Black and Silver Holographic Half Moons and Chevrons Nail Art


Hello my loves! I have some nail art for you! I was playing with my new set of nail art brushesafter I photographed and reviewed them and I ended up doing this! The review for those brushes can be found HERE! I feel like these would be super freakin' cute for New Years Eve!


I only used two polishes for this design. The black holographic polish is Color Club Revvvolution. Yes. It has 3 V's. The silver holographic polish is Color Club Worth The Risque. Believe it or not, these are the only two Color Club polishes that I own. I think I will have to purchase more because I really like these!


Can you guys see the linear/scattered holographic? It was really difficult to catch on camera and it was SO much better in real life. I promise. I had Revvvolution on all of my nails as the base except for my ring finger. I had Worth The Risque as the base on that finger. Then I just used the opposite color to do the half moons and the chevrons. I used the angled brush from the new set of brushes that I just reviewed. It worked so well to do the chevrons!


What do you guys think of these polishes? I LOVE them! Do you own either of them or will you be making a purchase now that you've seen them together?


I got both of these polishes from http://head2toebeauty.com and they were really cheap!

    Thank you so much! I'm pretty dang proud of that chevron nail. Lol. It's my best chevron so far. Proof that practice really does help!

    Wow! I think I'm obsessed with your nail art! I suggest getting the OPI Skyfall collection. It has so many pretty colors! However, don't get The Man With the Golden Gun... It's not worth it.
